VMWare Fusion Win XP - lost user and admin passwords

I have Win XP installed via VMWare Fusion on my MBPro.
But I didn't use it for a while and now I don't remember my user and admin login passwords...

I have my outlook emails on that virtual disk so I can't delete the virtual machine and create a new one from scratch.

is there a way I can recover the admin password or the user password for the virtual machine?

Try mounting the VMDK as a second HD in another VM (Windows or
otherwise) and see if you can access your files that way.
