mac mail & default browser

Hello
After Netscape was uninstalled from a friends system (OSX tiger), links in her emails (using Mac Mail) produce an error.

Perhaps a new default browser needs to be assigned - but I don't know where to find this.

any suggestions?

In Safari Preferences it's the first option, at the top.
