No "do not Sync options" on Windows itunes

I might be wrong but I recall a do not sync with ipod option for tracks on the Mac version of itunes, there dosent appear to be this option on the Windows version.
So how do I sync my Ipod with the albums I want and leave others behind, and I don't want to have to make a playlist for every album!

Also I was not a huge fan of Musicmatch but to be honest can someone please explain why itunes is any better? (excluding the music store as I'm in europe)

Can some one please at least confirm if there is a "Sync this song with ipod" option on the mac version

You can certainly set iTunes on the Mac to only sync songs with a checkmark next to them.
