Icon/Widget on Desktop

I was browsing through the pictures gallery. The january desktops one to be specific. I see some people have this icon on their desktop that looks to be some sort of widget that is for CD's or something like that. It looks like a CD cover with a CD sticking out of it. Can anyone tell me what this is and where I can get it? Thanks in advance.

It looks like it could be CoverSutra (http://www.coversutra.com/). The app was recently part of the MacHeist software bundle.
