First of all, when i turn on my mb (macbook) it appears a ? portfolio, when i put the disk in it says i need to choose a destination but it doesn't appear anything, please help me!

try booting holding the "option" key and selecting your hard drive. if that doesnt work boot into the install DVD and hold "C" key, choose your language, then from the utilities menu select disk util and repair your hard drive.
