Transparent screensaver for Tiger

We are rolling out an LDAP solution at work and one of the requirements is that we install password protected screensavers. Not a huge deal, but some of our users can go 30 minutes at a time where they need to watch the desktop, but aren't necessarily moving their mouse. Is there anyway I could get a "transparent" screensaver in Tiger, ie a screensaver that allows the user to continue watching the desktop but would prompt them for a password if they move the mouse?

The closest screensaver to this that I know of is the one where the windows on the screen start to randomly float around. I don't know if that would be acceptable, but it exists.
