help deleting the printer folder in library

I was looking around my macbook(leopard) to try and free up some space. I check that the printers folder in library use up about 3.5GB of space. Since I don't use my macbook for printing at all, so I was wondering if it's okay for me to delete this folder?

It's fine to remove the contents of this folder. At worst, an Archive & Install (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107120) will promptly get it back. :)
