help me..10.5.2 still installing after4hrs

Hi, Please suggest me what to do. 10.5.2 started installing 4hrs back and its still running....:(
I see the boot up screen with apple and clocking progress bar! What is going on? how much time will it take to install?

its not right. That I can be sure

But I don't know what to do, before some ppl can speak from experience, you should try to call applecare.

:( its been 8 hrs and its still installing...i know it screwed up!
should i force restart? will it go back to working state if i force restart?
I cant call the applecare i am void of the 90 day telephonic support, moreover im in a remote place in India over work!
