3D chess game via SMS between two people. Person A makes a move and the app sends the move to the other person playing. That person opens his chess app and sees the move then makes his. And back and forth. ;)

Nope just throwing out an idea to you. In other-words start working on 3D modeling for simple stuff and you will be ahead of the game.

This is true, though speaking as a non-coder i cant imagine the ai for chess is particularly simple lol.
