Here your solution.
1. Wipe OJ off of CD and clean with non-abrasive cleaner, such as say soap and water.
2. Allow to dry
3. Insert CD into CD-ROM.
Problem solved!
Anyone have a serial number for Office v.X, mine got OJ spilt on it and I can't read it anymore  :D
P.S. That was a joke.

I agree, OJ isnt going to do anything horrible to CDs. Well nothing that a little luke warm water and an old tshirt wont fix. BUT he does have a point. I too have been having problems with this. Ill mount a drive image and Toast wont burn it. Especially a large image that I wanted to burn to DVD, Toast sees it but wont burn it. Any ideas?

Espnetboy3, I don't quite understand why you can't just wipe the OJ off? Did it eat through the plastic? Did the dog chew up the CDs, cause they were mmmmmmm... Tasty?!
Also, looking at your posting history, raises some flags that you aren't being entirely honest.
Problem with "dads" FCP 3 serial number
Problem with "brothers" FCP 4 serial number
Problem "backing up" DVDs
My only suggestion would be to be a little more abstract to hide your intent.

Why dont u stop bustin balls and just answeer his question if you even can. If not leave him alone. how do u know whether hes lying or not? if you think he is and dont want to answer his question then go away and let someone else answer the question. Enough with the accusations already.

 From the rules reminder.
5) No Warez/Serials talk.
Its obvious hes trying to pirate software (C'mon OJ on his CD???), so he shouldn't be posting questions about how to do it here. And its not his first attempt, see his posting history.
I just said he should be a little more stealth about these types of requests.

Lots of people have posted with this same exact issue after dling Panther off a P2P network, so forgive some people's suspicions.
If you have valid dmgs that you created you should be able to burn them directly, not mount them and copy to a disc.
