Is it possible to create a keyboard shortcut to toggle repeat on/off on iTunes? There's shortcuts for play/pause and skip on the penryn MBP keyboards, I just need a repeat on/off option. I tried to add a new keystroke using the keyboard preferences but I can't get it to work.

There are a number of programs that do this, just search versiontracker.com.
Sizzling keys was the first to come to mind:

Ok, the reason that it didn't work is because Repeat All, Repeat One, and Repeat None are 3 different menu options. So you could make 2 different keyboard shortcuts to toggle it on and off, but it would only work while iTunes is active.
Or, you could just 2 finger click on the iTunes Dock icon, and change it from there.
