I like to make windows (Finder, App folder, etc.) larger than how they are set to by default

However, changing one only changes that specific folder. If I use Quicksilver say, to open a different folder, it'd be at the default size until I change that as well.

Is there anyway to change the size of one window, and universally apply that size to all other windows?

Leopard 10.5.2 btw

I don't think there is. I've been looking for something like this too (don't think it existed on Windows either). Basically, you've got to close a window in the way you want it to appear when you open it.

I think I remember doing this in Windows.

I think it was like resize window and then Ctrl click the close button or something like that

Open finder. Resize. Close without going to another folder.

Edit: You'll have to repeat for each way you open Finder. eg. Clicking on the Mac HD on the desktop.

That's how I've been doing it so far. But is there a way to simply resize one, and just apply this size to every other window?
