weird files keep showing up in my trash

There are weird files that keep showing up in my trash. They don't go away when I empty the trash, but they do if i try and drag them out of the trash or hit "ctrl i" to get info.

These are the names of the files. Any ideas?

do you have show hidden files turned on?
that could be why you are seeing those files

I checked and show hidden files is off. I tried emptying my recycle bin on the windows partition and that didn't help. It had never happened until a week or two ago and I can't think of anything that I installed around that time.

I think I found the problem.

I ejected my windows partition and the files went away. I got some files from some Chinese students in my groups and there were some files names with unknown characters.
