Bookworm Deluxe not opening

Hello, I have had and run Bookworm Deluxe for Mac installed on my mbp for a while today, I went to open it and I get an error Application Error bookworm deluxe must be run using an account with computer administrator access. I am logged in as the one and only user which has admin rights. What is wrong with the program? It is happening /affecting just this one program. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I had this error as well. I actually added another administrator and it worked like a charm for the new administrator account on my computer, just not on my original...
