On a website I use, I can add pages, but it has to be in .tpl file format. But whenever I open the file, it opens to Stickies, since this is the default. Is there anyway to set TextEdit as the default? And if I need to get rid of stickies all together, I could care less. Thanks for all help in advanced! :D

select the file and open the Get Info window by pressing cmd+I and under "Open With:" choose other and select Text Edit and "Always Open With" then click change all.

control click on the file and click Get Info. there you can change the default program that will open that type file.

Thanks so much! I used rychencop's method, only because it sounded more idiot proof, but I appreciate that you also responded and gave advice, richthomas! :)
