I have an iBook G4. It's:

512 MB RAM
40 GB Hard Drive
1012 MHz

I have Leopard so i know that takes some memory and it runs well. But i checked my hard drive and i only have 9 GB of free space. How can I find out where the majority of the memory is being taken from?? I checked iTunes and that takes up 1.75 GB. But I don't know where the rest is...

You can use an app like WhatSize (http://www.id-design.com/software/whatsize/), OmniDiskSweeper (http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omnidisksweeper/), or Disk Inventory X (http://www.derlien.com/) to get a good picture of what's taking up the most space on your hard drive.
