Ok, I know this is PC (windows) related but still hoping for some help.....
I dropped my laptop last week and damaged the power supply socket, so while it's being repaired, I have put the hard drive is a USB enclosure.
However, when I try to access my 'My Documents' folder on the hard drive, it says "Access denied" and the folder shows as being empty.
I have a password on the user account on the laptop but I wouldn't have thought that would be an issue (I am also logged into the pc with an admin account).
any ideas? thanks
