Will Snow Leopard be available on ADC's website before it is available to the general public and if so when might it be on ADC's website?

Yes and no idea. You will have to be a Select or Premier ADC member though and that costs money.

Yes it is available and you don't just have to be a premier member of ADC. You get it on Select as well, and Student. All the premier entitles you to is a little extra help in the labs and a free ticket to WWDC, but you still have to book it.

The reason i asked this question is because they cetegories Mac OS X away from the monthly mail list.

You don't get beta seeds as a student. However, you will get the final code once it hits in either a download or as part of your monthly mailing.
