I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to start a Radio Station on Itunes. Software, permits, fees, ect. Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, iTunes uses ShoutCast, which was made by NullSoft (http://www.shoutcast.com/) and available for free.

I had no idea that iTunes can play Shoutcast.com streams!!!
Now I wish I could save the station I am playing in my Radio Station list, so I don't have to go back to Shoutcast to find it. Can you do this?

I don't think you can add a radio station to the Radio Station list, but you can add stations to the Library.

Or drag the radio station icon to your playlist bar if it's one that you want to have even more available than buried in your library.

If you set Itunes as your default stream player once you click on the link in Shoutcast it will automatically play the stream and added to your library.
