Mail app not working?

Everything seems to be OK on iPhone and MobileMe, but my Mail application is not receiving or sending emails. I have set up MobileMe on my MacBook and everything else is working beautifully, as far as I know.

My Mail App on my iMac is not worknig either, since I started using Mobileme.

Don't remember exactly what is says, but something along the lines of something else is trying to use the Application.

I find out exactly when I get back home.
