See i have this windows vista iso file on my mac. i was wondering how i could mount it so i can install it with boot camp or if there is other ways to do it. I have searched everywhere.

One, I hope it is a legitmate ISO from the MSDN.

Second, use Disk Utility to burn the ISO as a disc onto a DVD. You cannot install from a mounted ISO, as you will not be in OS X when you install Windows.

How did u get the iso? i have been looking for it. o and you can download and buy parallels too it works :DD but i really need the iso so can you tell me where u downloaded it from?

As mentioned, it's from the MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx).

what about installing the Vista ISO in Parallels? I prefer running parallels versus dual-booting cuz the former is safer
