I have 8 pictures I'm trying to get prints for in various sizes, a few 4x6, a few 5x7 and 1 20x30. Every time I click "Buy Now" it goes through the regular "Connecting" step and then to the "Transferring Pictures" step. Before any uploading occurs the transfer stops and I get the following error message:
"An error occurred while uploading one of your files.
Please check your network connection and click Retry to resend your file."
No matter which pictures I try to send I get the same message, on 2 computers.
Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions on how to solve it?
