Entourage/Attachment problems

Hello. I have a G4 and recently gone over to OSX and upgraded all my software. When I send an email using entourage everytime I attach a file and send it the recipient does not receieve the file whether its a pdf, jpg, eps or stuffed files. All they get is a load of coding. Any help out there.

After much hair pulling. I have tried sending emails with attachments using 'Mail'. This works no problem. Virtually everyone in our studio is running entourage and I would ideally like to use this. Can anybody come up with some suggestions?

Microsoft phone support people were unable to help. They tried everything to fob us off and shift the blame to everything except Entourage. They seemed desperate to be able to confirm a fix, in order to up their success stats I presume. It's something to do with the attachment encoding engine.
