iPhone Language Bundles

How do I create a language bundle (i.e. English.lproj)? Can't seem to find anything about it either in Apple's documentation or in Xcode.

You don't. You localize the files through Xcode/IB and Xcode manages the final file output format for you.

Get Info on a resource you want to localize. Then in the General tab, hit Make File Localizable.
