I bought the $99 program... where's the prerelease software?

I bought the $99 dollar developer program and activated it, and i see the program portal, etc., but where can I download the prerelease software? I read that they keep seeding updates but I can't seem to find them.

Not all developers have access to it, I think it is only those that were accepted before July the 11th.

that's ridiculous! I was accepted on the 11th and I still paid the same amount as any other developer! Why shouldn't I have access to the software?

Because they want limited testing? From looking at this forum it is not as if developers are exactly taking the NDA seriously are they?

I'm annoyed myself but I can see where Apple are coming from.
