GTA4 -- I've beat the storyline, only at 65% complete. Now what?

I've beat the storyline (both endings) and apparently all the assassin missions (the icon doesn't appear anymore). But stats show I'm only 64.5% complete. What do I do now? That's a huge chunk of the game...but I'm not sure what I'm missing. Does that include things like finding all the stunt jumps?

I'm not a hardcore gamer so take it easy ;)

Thanks guys. Looks like "side quests" was the term I should have been searching for. I'm doing the vigilante missions now. And then there's all those characters to meet and drug runs to make :)
