MobileMe Web Down

Normally I use Outlook to access MobileMe so I don't use the web interface that often. Today I wanted to test an old bug to see if it was fixed with 2.1 and I believe I am seeing what a number of you have been reporting. I have been trying to test for the past 30 min or so and even though I have seen a couple of pages it is very slow and pretty much down completely.

Is this one of those 1% down problems reported by Apple yesterday?
