Missing W-8BEN?

How long do you have to wait after completing the W-8BEN online for the iTunes Connect App Store - before they email it to you to sign and return - I've been waiting around a week since completing it now...

Did you receive any form of confirmation from them when you sent the form back - also I read somewhere that you can email the PDF back to them?

No confirmation, no. I read a post from someone who got a reply from Apple saying they don't even use the W-8BEN but need to have it on record in a paper copy.

Hi Craigy. Sorry to bother you, but I am starting the enrollment process, I have just faxed the Purchase Form. When should/could I send the W-8BEN form to Apple? Do I have to wait for a specific status or should I fill it and send it asap? Thanks in advance.

i completed the paid contract a long time ago, and do not recall completing this form. i definitely did not get a TIN. So now, where can i find this form?!? It does not automatically show up in my "contracts, banking and tax info" where the other (canadian, japanese) forms are found. Please help.
