iTunes Authorization error -25294 in Panther

I burned all my songs to a data CD and added them to another laptop which was upgraded to Panther( 10.3.2). When I try and authorize my downloaded songs I get this message:

iTunes could not connect to the Music Store. An unknown error occurred (-25294).

I can surf the web fine and connect to the music store. I just can't authorize.

Any thoughts???

Yup. what I did was manually replace my Pather preferences with my jaguar preferences...bad idea

I did a clean reinstall and all was fine.
