Emac and Tony hawk´s pro

Hi all, after a long time, I'm back, I had some vacation, just got an eMac which should be with this skater game installed but when I click there, it just appears in the dock and goes off, can I get just this program out from the OS CD/DVD without reinstalling panther again? Other ideas?
