I have an external microphone plugged into my iMac and it is recognised and works fine in Mac OS X but, it does not work under Windows XP, which I have installed on my iMac through Boot Camp. When I attempt to use Sound Recorder there is simply no sound. I have attempted to enable and to disable mic boost, but that has not worked. I would really like to get my mike to work under Windows XP in addition to Mac OS X.
Thank you in advance.

Driver?
I don't have any sort of headset/mike-specific drivers installed, only the ones that came with Boot Camp. Should I have additional drivers?
Be sure its selected as your input device in advanced recording properties.
The only options that I have to set as my input device are Realtek HD Audio Input and Realtek HD Digital Input, it is currently set to the former.

I have the Realtek audio drivers that came on my install CD, along with the rest of the drivers on that CD.
