Memory in G4 or G5

I was wondering what type of Memory is used in the G4 or G5 tower. My friend and I were have an arguement about Kingston memory and I was wondering if anyone knows how apples memory ranks with some of the top memory providers in the market.

Apples stock memory tends to be from Samsung.
