iChat AV for PC

Kind of weird, but when I talked to an Apple sales person at Apple on the phone today, he told me that there would be a iChat version for PC. He said he had just heard about it today and that it should be downloadable already. I looked for it but I can't seem to find any reference that it is or would be.
So either he was totally confused and meant aim 5.5 or it's coming out in a couple of days. Just wanted to let you know.

if they're answering the phone, they might not actually know what software is working on, but maybe this could be true one day.7

Sounds strange since Apple clearly stated about a month ago that they had no other PC apps in development.
