Can anyone recommend any good books for learning how to run and administer OS X Server? In addition, does anyone know of any books that come with a trial version of OS X Server? I signed up for an evaluation copy from Apple, but it is only good until the end of February, 2009. I might need more time than 2 months to learn the ins and outs of OS X Server.
