most likely no.
even if it came out the only ones that could probably play it are MBP's and iMacs.

I bought it for my PC (2.4 core2 duo, 3gigs of ram, Nvidia Quadro FX570) because it was a bit cheaper than the xbox version and I thought it would run better, but I had to run at the lowest settings to get an acceptable framerate. Ouch.
Don't think it will come out on the mac either, but if you are going down the bootcamp route, make sure to have a beefy machine.

It runs on medium settings on my MB at native res and it's very playable 25-30fps :confused::confused:

The FX570 is very much not a gaming card, no wonder it's not running so well.

Just curious, which MB do you have? The one with the 9400M?
Just for comparison, I have an iMac with the 2600HD and it runs at 1280x800 on medium setting just fine. I haven't bumped the resolution to native or changed the detail levels yet.

Seriously? it runs very slow on my early 08 mbp, regardless of the settings, especially in the sewers and when zooming in and using VATS

The 9400M is quite a capable card. Not amazing but good for currently released games (barring the super beasts - Crysis, Clear Sky etc).

It runs just fine on my early '08 MBP at native resolution. I use somewhere between medium and high detail settings with AA turned off.
Have you gotten the latest drivers from nvidia? They finally have a laptop driver install, so you don't have to go the hacked driver install route anymore.

It's been smooth as hell on my 2.4 early 08 with the default game settings..is it FO3 only?

It's smooth as silk on my Late 2008 MBP with settings on high (as auto detected by the game) but when I only had 2GB of RAM there would be times where I'd suffer severe slowdown when using VATS. Haven't experienced those issues since going to 4GB.
The game is amazing, though, and highly recommended. Plus the PC version will get the benefit of an upcoming level editor and thus all the work of fellow fans.

Of course it would run fine, that's a 4xxx series video card! Should be playable on max settings, max resolution.
