I have just moved from pc to mac and used outlook 2003 to run my calendar.
in outlook you can auto format the entries in your calendar, mine for example; everything with the word driving in the subject turned red, test yellow, cancellations blue!
This feature is not available in entourage, but after lots of searching i found info on apple script..
Can anyone please help, i'm not a programmer and have no idea where to start, but this is really important to me as i have 30+ appointment a week and they often move cancel or change status.
