You can have multiple mail accounts in Mail if this is what you're asking.
Just go to Preferences to where your first Mail account is
Click on the + sign at the bottom of the screen
Fill in your other mail account details
Mail will now check both accounts.

first set up your main account properly so you can both send and receive imail. then, your second account should only be able to SEND mail with different mail address; this is because both your accounts are getting the same mail anyway having the same user@loser.tld mail account and setting both accounts to receive mail only ends up fetching your mail twice.
you do mean this kind of system, do you? having for example a mail alias of firstname.lastname@loser.tld pointing to the mailbox of user@loser.tld account. and you wish to be able to send mail from both addresses.
...or what do you want?

How can you distinguish between the two accounts? If email goes to nate13@isp.com, how could you separate the emails?
You'll need a different username. Many isp's support multiple usernames--you have your main one, but you can get extras for your wife/kids/etc. by calling customer service or doing it online. Then, with the new user name and password, you can set up a second account.

Are you asking if you can have more than one mail account where each account has a unique incoming server but they use the same outgoing server?
