MobileMe: "Cannot Send Mail"

So i just set up my mobileme account 2 days ago and i am loving it so far. I have been able to send mail from my iphone but ever since last night it keeps giving me the "Cannot Send Mail. The connection to the outgoing server 'smtp.me.com' failed."

Im not sure how to fix this because i can send mail through my mail account on my MacBook fine but not on my iPhone. Also, when i set up mobile me, i let it auto set up through my iphone.

I am having the same trouble with Mobile Me and I am not happy... I am in the Washongton DC area... I am wondering if it is server maintenance...

agreed. i was under the impression they got all the problems worked out and thats why i bought an account. Having push is awesome but renders itself pointless when i cant reply on my iPhone

To be frank, I have gotten those a few times in the last week

It is really, really be aggravating dealing with MobileMe the last week or so

Errors, problems, etc....
