Well look here. Microsoft is going to have a service called MyPhone with MobileMe type services.

Yadda, yadda, Microsoft will mess this up like they always mess everything up, but...

There are some pretty cool ideas here. Having your phone automatically sync to the web via wifi or data services, say, while you're asleep, would be amazing. Particularly if all content synced. Not going to get a Windows Mobile device to get the feature, don't get me wrong, but I do find it attractive...

What if some day, for instance, your phone were able to even sync podcasts and new episodes of subscribed TV shows while you were asleep? I think that would be really amazing.

I don't know why this is even comparable to MobileMe.

MobileMe is comparable to Exchange, which syncs Email, Calender, Contacts, Tasks, ect. Exchange existed for years before MobileMe.

This seems to be much more media-centric than MobileMe.
