View Full Version : Network Powerbook to PC?

This is probably a silly question, but I seem to be having some trouble getting my Windows XP PC and my new Powerbook with Panther to see each other over a network. I've got a Linksys wireless router which connects to the AirPort card in the PB and to the PC over an ethernet cable. I know it sould have something to do with "workgroups" but I've tried a bunch of stuff and I just can't get it to go. Any ideas?

Does either machine have its firewall turned on?

there's a few threads about netwoking XP & OS X. do a search and you should come up with alot of helpful stuff. :)
