Warcraft 3 load problems

Every time i click on Warcraft 3 the icon loads at the bottom of the screen on the toolbar but then the game crashes before it even loads the main menu screen. it doesnt give me an error message or anything. it just crashes and thats it. any ideas?

They had me delete some pref files in the game folder. it was two files. When I re opened it had me RE-agree to terms again and signed in everything was cool. Im not at home at moment, but if i can remeber i will log on tonight and let you know. I don't know if it matters, but it happened when i logged off and i was in an instance
