Contacts from OS9 to Mail

Does anyone know how to export contacts from OS 9 outlook express to OS x and into mail? This is on the same Mac, an iBook G4 using Panther.

Does it allow you to export vCards. That's how I would do it. Just export your os 9 contacts as a vCard format and drag the file into the os x adress book.
