Custom app store page designs?

anyone know how to make a custom looking app page? outside the apple standard look. like the pages for Ocarina and Fieldrunners? is that something you can do once already live or do you send to Apple with initial submission.

Apple has to select you to have a custom page. AKA, you have to be in Apple's elite club.

They also do this for Artists on the iTunes Music Store.

I think it would be hilarious if they let every developer design their App store page. Can you imagine what some of these would look like, based upon the way the bad apps look?

Probably would immediately cut down on 95% of all crap purchases on the store.:)

It would look like a 13 year olds MySpace page with everything all messed up and text not contrasting enough with the background to read. That would be funny.
