Can some help a sister out? I want to uninstall Limewire, but I'm not sure how to do it...Thanks!

Its easy, go to your Applications folder (or what ever you call it) and drag the LimeWire folder to the trash; then select Finder>Empty Trash>OK.

or

While your in the Finder, press commad-F, search you computer for 'LimeWire.' What ever comes up, drag it to the trash and empty the trash.

musicpyrite... didnt your sig used to be something like

"pick two... good, fast, cheap"

were people not understanding it that way???

I thought LimeWire came with an unistaller?

I don't know, this is my only good, fast, cheap sig I've ever had. My previous sigs were: Everytime a new OS comes out, my GPA goes through the floor.

I need it off my computer pronto and it's confusing and saying it cannot be removed...:eek:

Hello guys... dragging the limewire files found by searching at the finder, is it enough?... doesn't remain components in the system??

Use appcleaner to remove every single file and or log.
