Good cheap windows desktop/monitor?

Don't ask- need to find a good deal on the following Windows PC specs for our all-mac agency's account person....

Core 2 duo
2+ Gb RAM
Gigabit network card
19+ inch screen
Will need to run XP Pro

Any good recommendations? 'PC' PCs are quite foreign to me.

I buy quite a few of these Dell Vostro 220s for work:

They are cheap and no-frills, 99$ to downgrade to XP Pro (comes pre-installed).
