iTunes 4.5 doesn't download

Greetings!
Can someone help? When I try to install iTunes 4.5 I get the message:
"iTunes 4.5 failed to mount due to error 95. (no mountable file systems)"
iTunes 4.2 is working fine on my O.S (Jaguar).
