I am playing some game, which require the cd inserted, so I really don't like that.

I would like to have a cd-rom emulator.

cheer.The are called disk images. You can create them using Disk Tools, which resides in your Utilities folder.

not quite the same thing... sometimes this will work, but a true emulator that says this here disk image isn't a disk image it's a cd, would be nice...

Look on limewire or something like that.
