View Full Version : Final Cut Pro HD Now Shipping

Just looking for new iPods (tear) and saw that the new Final Cut is now shipping. Doesn't mean much to me, but I'm sure it means a lot to some of you. Personally, I can't wait to get my hands on motion...too bad I have to get a G5 to be able to enjoy it...

It was a free download for all 4.0 users...got mine weeks ago and it really isn't that much different than 4.0 other than the fact you can do HD with it.

Now if I could a $60k HD camera, I'd be all set :D

Ha! Yeah, I was thinking the same thing....the upgrade is great, but I have no real use for it... yet!

Now if I could a $60k HD camera, I'd be all set :D

FCP 3 & 4 have been able to handle HD but the change is now that it handles Panasonics DVCProHD format natively as well as some other HD specific tweaks.
