Home/End Buttons?

How do I press the home/end buttons in windows boot camp on my macbook? Is there some kind of workaround for this?

I know that some MacBooks allow you to use Fn Up/Down as Page Up and Page Down, and Fn Left/Right as Home and End, but I can't say I have ever tried those combinations in Windows.
