I ve seen it in a lot of threads here and im wondering what it is.

Rosetta is software that comes on (I think) every Intel Mac - it allows apps developed for the old PPC processors to run on an Intel Mac (however, it is limited to only apps made for the G3 and G4 PPC processors; the G5 is not supported).

Interesting, is there like an application for it or smthn, or does it work automatically. Does it mean i can play ppc only games

It works automatically. You can play PPC games as long as they meet all the other requirements listed.

It's completely transparent to the end user. If you're running a PPC app you wont even know, other than that it might be slightly sluggish.
